Within the confines of a small estate of nine houses having co-visibility of the Parc du Futuroscope, our intention is to go back to and adapt, fifty years later, the model of the Case Study Houses.
We stick to verifying that today their pertinence from the economic point of view is still demonstrated and to showing the extent to which the luxury they displayed is still current.
It's not a question of an identical reconstruction but of a free adaptation. The floor is carried out on an earth platform. The constructional profiles are standard-series products. The current heat calculations have to prove, thanks to passive solar input, their efficiency in terms of energy saving.
The reduction in on-site time will be privileged.

Program : 9 ground-floor rented houses (T4 or T5) of 199 m2 per house
